Position: Support Associate

Join our innovative retail team, where customer obsession and a strong culture drive us! The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales environment by performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and committed to providing a place to learn and grow.

Functional Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy location for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Accurately enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
  • Receive and process visual materials, store hardware, hangers, and signage appropriately.
  • Participate in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
  • Notify management of cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window displays, signage, etc.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Strong organizational skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptability to company technology.
    • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
    • Work quickly within strict timelines; demonstrate teamwork.
    • Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
    • Effective communication using headsets.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
    • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
    • Frequent climbing (34-66%).
