Position Objective

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales environment, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and organizing the stockroom. We are passionate about our work and believe our team is the best place to learn and grow.

Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment.
• Merchandise new products promptly and accurately.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and manage store-to-store transfers.
• Handle visual materials, signage, and stockroom organization.
• Participate in pricing adjustments and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual displays and store presentation as directed.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Support and promote excellent personal service standards, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Ability to work quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork demonstration required.
• Experience with visual merchandising is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers and team via headset.
• Reliable attendance and flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
