POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team makes us the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter receiving documents into the system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
  • Process visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware properly.
  • Assist with pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Notify management of cash supply needs.
  • Support visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, signage, and visual presentations.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

  • Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.
Teamwork and Growth
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment for problem-solving.

Other duties as assigned. Duties may vary across brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
  • Must be able to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines.
  • Demonstrate teamwork.
  • Experience with visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
