We are dedicated to creating a styling and social experience that inspires women to express their individuality. We are seeking a Support Associate who will support a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing our core principles in all store operations.

Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment, and reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
  • Enter all receiving documents accurately into the computer system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests timely.
  • Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store stockroom hardware appropriately.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Notify management of cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
  • Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to stand for most of the shift.
  • Work quickly within strict timelines, demonstrating teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management; headset communication preferred.
  • Regular attendance and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays are required.
Physical Requirements
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
