POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This includes performing various sales functions such as merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operational Excellence
  • Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor. Reorganize merchandise as needed to maximize stock space.
  • Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
  • Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly.
  • Receive and process visual packet materials, props, and signage; store stockroom hardware and signage supplies properly.
  • Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
  • Notify store management of cash supply needs.
  • Assist with visual directives such as floorsets, window changes, signage placement, etc., as directed.
  • Support boutique cleanliness and organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to company technology.
  • Ability to work mostly standing during shifts.
  • Ability to work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
  • Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
  • Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including wearing/using a headset.
  • Reliable attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Constant walking/standing (67-100% of shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
