Position Overview

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, emphasizing core principles in all store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We are passionate about our work and committed to providing a great environment to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are stored, ticketed, and replenished efficiently.
• Merchandise new products promptly and accurately.
• Enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and handle store transfers and locate requests.
• Manage visual materials, signage, and stockroom supplies.
• Participate in pricing, markdowns, and visual displays, including floorsets and window changes.

Support the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles to deliver a seamless omni-channel experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.

• Ability to stand for most of the shift and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Teamwork and visual merchandising experience are a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Walking/Standing for 67-100% of shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent climbing (34-66% of shift).
