Join our team as a Support Associate

The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture by performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed, and easily located for replenishment. Reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented timely.
• Enter all receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and promptly.
• Process visual packet materials, props, signage, and store hardware properly.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Alert management to cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a cohesive omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

Qualifications

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to company technology.
• Ability to work mostly standing.
• Work quickly within strict timelines.
• Teamwork skills.
• Exposure to visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.

Attendance is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Physical Requirements

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
