POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Support Associate supports a customer and product-focused sales culture, ensuring core principles are at the forefront of store operations. Responsibilities include merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. We love what we do and believe our team is the most amazing place to work, learn, and grow!

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Excellence

• Process merchandise, ensuring proper storage, ticketing, and easy replenishment access; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
• Ensure new products are merchandised and represented promptly.
• Accurately enter receiving documents, reconcile invoices, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests.
• Handle visual materials, props, signage, and store hardware appropriately.
• Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
• Notify management of cash supply needs.
• Assist with visual directives like floorsets, window changes, and signage placement.
• Maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

Customer Experience

• Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offering a seamless omni-channel experience.

Teamwork and Growth

• Encourage inclusive, collaborative problem solving.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous stock or cashier experience preferred.
• Must be 16 years or older.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to learn or adapt to company technology.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Work quickly within strict timelines and demonstrate teamwork.
• Experience with visual merchandising techniques is a plus.
• Effective communication with customers, associates, and management, including headset use.
• Regular attendance and flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Constant walking/standing during 67-100% of an 8-hour shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33%).
• Frequent climbing (34-66%).
