Job summary

Ideal Software Systems is seeking a Support Assistant to be the first contact for customers, triaging a high volume of calls on a multi-line system and routing inquiries with professionalism.

You will work in a team-based environment, provide administrative support as needed, and help maintain smooth operations. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of related experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Field and triage a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system
• Serve as company’s first point of contact for incoming customer calls
• Perform other reasonable administrative duties as requested by Supervisor

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED
• Two years of related experience
• Knowledge of PCs and familiarity with common programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Ability to type quickly while listening
• Ability to work within a team-based environment
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to multi-task is required
• Excellent verbal and grammatical skills
