Job summary

Ideal Software Systems, Inc. in Meridian, MS, seeks an IT Support Technician/Installer to plan, set up, and execute installation of our proprietary software in arcades, theme parks, and entertainment venues. You will work closely with clients to ensure smooth deployments and provide ongoing support.

Travel required to client sites; strong Windows OS and networking knowledge; you will deliver hands-on installation, train staff, and troubleshoot on site.

Ideal is looking for passionate Tech Installers/Consultants that have a firm understanding of Windows OS, networking, and software installation processes. You will be consulting with large entertainment businesses and theme parks. You’ll be responsible for planning, setting up, and executing the installation of our proprietary software products in arcades, amusement parks, and theme parks. You will need solid multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time. The experience we’re looking for:

• customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Project Management skills

• A+ Certification

• AA degree in related field (Technical Call Center experience will be considered)

• Previous IT or network experience: 1 year (Preferred)

• Experience in Computer Science, Databases, IT, Networks or Business Information Systems

• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and Windows OS (old and current)

• SQL experience is preferred (not required)

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
