Jobgether is seeking a remote freelance Customer Support Specialist to assist an international user base with email inquiries for a digital learning platform. Night shifts on a rotating 2-days-on, 2-days-off schedule.

You will collaborate with technical, product, and legal teams to resolve escalated issues, learn quickly, and communicate clearly in English.
