The role ensures compliance with Army supply regulations, maintains records in logistics systems, and supports audits and property accountability missions. Requires 2–4 years in logistics and ability to obtain CAC and background checks.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic proficiency in English (reading/writing).
• Knowledge of Army logistical functions.
• 2–4 years logistics/warehousing/supply experience (Army or contractor env).
• Familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations desired.
• Army regulations AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
• Army logistics systems GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP.
• Equipment, conditioning, coding and serviceability standards.
• Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (DA & DD forms).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, attention-to-detail, and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to operate MHE safely and maintain storage practices.
• Effective communication and teamwork in high-volume environment.
• Must have a REAL ID.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance.
• Must obtain and maintain CAC.
• Must obtain Tier1/NACI background eligibility.
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned.
• Must pass background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Turn-In & Receiving Operations: Process turn-ins per AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
• Verify turn-in docs (DA 1348-1A, DD Form 200, hand receipts) for accuracy.
• Conduct visual inspections and assign condition codes A–H.
• Identify, segregate and tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Basic proficiency in English

Knowledge of Army logistical functions

2–4 years logistics/warehousing/supply experience

Familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability

Army supply and property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1)

Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP)

Equipment, conditioning, coding and serviceability standards

Interpret and process supply documentation (DA & DD forms)

Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
