Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL) is seeking a Supply Technician to support daily receipt, inspection, accountability, storage, and processing of Army equipment turned in at a contractor-operated site. You will verify documentation and update property records to ensure accurate accountability in Army logistics systems.

On-site duties include turn-in processing per AR 710-2, inspections, MHE operation, and supporting audits and PARs.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of logistics, warehousing, or supply experience (Army or contractor environment preferred).
• Knowledge of Army logistical functions and related regulations.
• Ability to interpret and process supply documentation (DA and DD forms).
• Proficiency with Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
• Familiarity with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.

Responsibilities

• Process equipment and materiel turn-ins from U.S. Army units in accordance with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DA PAM 710-2-1.
• Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct visual inspections and apply correct condition codes for serviceability.
• Identify, segregate, and tag unserviceable or excess items.
• Maintain accountability of equipment throughout the turn-in process.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation, discrepancy research, and property adjustments.
• Coordinate with supervision, QA, and transportation personnel to ensure timely processing.
