Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL), an Akima company, is seeking a Supply Technician Lead to oversee the daily receipt, inspection, and accountability of Army equipment at a contractor-operated site. You will ensure compliance with Army regulations and contract requirements while maintaining accurate records in logistics systems.

You will verify documentation, update property records, and support audits and inspections to ensure timely and accurate processing of equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics training preferred.
• 3–5 years logistics/warehousing experience.
• Experience with Army turn-in, supply, or property accountability operations.
• Familiarity with AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1.
• Ability to operate MHE safely and obtain CAC/Tier 1 background.

Responsibilities

• Process equipment and materiel turn-ins in accordance with ARs and DA guidance.
• Verify turn-in documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct visual inspections and assign correct condition codes.
• Identify and tag unserviceable, reparable, or excess items.
• Enter data into Army logistics systems such as GCSS-Army, DPAS, or LMP.
• Assist in inventory reconciliation and property adjustments.
• Maintain accountability of equipment throughout the turn-in process.
