Responsibilities

• Receipt and accountability of federal property; analyze redistribution of equipment via transfer, loan or assignment.
• Process and track LOA, MTOE/TDA changes, and related property movements through the required channels.
• Maintain tracking of Rapid Fielding Initiatives and commercial property requests; coordinate with readiness officers.
• Manage property redistribution within and between states; use standard STAMIS guidance for transfers.
• Prepare reports on asset visibility and accountability; support property book officers with reconciliations.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and assist mobilization with unit inventory activities.
• Provide customer support for property accountability transactions and related SOP updates.
• Perform a wide range of supply actions using multiple supply data files and systems.
