Job summary

Cobb County School District is seeking a substitute teacher to cover classes in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and emphasizes effective communication with students, parents, and staff, along with classroom management and record-keeping.

The substitute will maintain professional standards, attend to instruction, and ensure continuity of learning. This position reports to the school Principal and supports a safe, productive classroom environment.
