Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Memphis, TN is hiring for a Supply Replenisher Associate I, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Pay starts at $17.20 per hour with potential annual bonus eligibility.

The role supports lean supply management in the BU Laboratory network, handling material movement and daily replenishment to point of use in labs. Qualifications include 1–2 years in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory or supply chain, and a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow across facilities and regions.
• Participate in internal teams to improve replenishment processes and reduce costs and cycle time.
• Conduct regular physical inventories and cycle counts to ensure on-hand accuracy.
• Maintain visual management tools (e.g., Kanban) and implement mistake-proofing initiatives (photo labels).

Pay range: $17.20+ per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

This position supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network including materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. Performs cycle counts, and daily replenishment routines interacting with the laboratory staff and supply analysts to assure material availability.

Responsibilities:

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in assigned Region including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, IOP etc.
• Participate in internal work teams in the continuous improvement of Supply replenishment processes focused on overall cost and cycle time reduction.
• Conducts regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure the accuracy of on-hand inventories.
• Maintains visual management tools(e.g.Kanban) and mistake-proof initiatives (Labels with Photos)

Qualifications:

Required WorkExperience:

• 1-2years of experiencein manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/Supply Chain.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of inventory control systems desired.

Skills:

• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills andhave the ability tointeract well with all levels of staff.
• Efficient planning and organizingskills
• Good math skills required.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in a variety of software such as Excel, Word, Visio,etcis highlydesirable
