Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Miramar, FL is seeking a Supply Replenisher Associate I to support lean supply management in the Laboratory network. The role handles material movement, replenishment to point of use, and daily cycle counts in collaboration with laboratory staff and supply analysts.

You will perform regular inventory checks, maintain Kanban visuals, and participate in continuous improvement to reduce cost and cycle time.

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/Supply Chain.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems desired.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with all staff levels.
• Efficient planning and organizing skills.
• Good math skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio is highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in assigned Region including Laboratories, RRL, PSC, IOP etc.
• Participate in internal work teams in the continuous improvement of Supply replenishment processes focused on overall cost and cycle time reduction.
• Conducts regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure the accuracy of on-hand inventories.
• Maintains visual management tools(e.g.Kanban) and mistake-proof initiatives (Labels with Photos)

Supply Replenisher Associate I - Miramar, FL, Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Pay range: $17.71+ per hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. This position supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network including materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. Performs cycle counts, and daily replenishment routines interacting with the laboratory staff and supply analysts to assure material availability.

Qualifications

Required WorkExperience

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
