Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Perth Amboy, NJ is hiring for a Supply Replenisher Associate II. The role supports lean supply principles, performing cycle counts and daily replenishment within the hospital-based laboratory setting.

Responsibilities include ensuring material availability, participating in continuous improvement, and maintaining inventory accuracy across facilities. Minimum HS diploma required; 2–3 years related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in manufacturing/warehouse/inventory/Supply Chain.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of inventory control systems desired.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills and interact well with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in assigned Region including Laboratories and other off-site locations.
• Participate in internal work teams to improve supply replenishment processes to reduce costs and cycle time.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to ensure on-hand accuracy.
• Maintain visual management tools (Kanban) and implement mistake-proof initiatives (Labels with Photos).

Supply Replenisher Associate II - Perth Amboy, NJ, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Quest Diagnostics is hiring a Supply Replenisher Associate II in Perth Amboy NJ. This role is a hospital-based position at Raritan Bay.

Pay range: $23.00 - $25.00 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

This position supports the implementation of lean supply management principles within the BU Laboratory network including materials/supplies movement and replenishment to point of use in the laboratory. Performs cycle counts, and daily replenishment routines interacting with the laboratory staff and supply analysts to assure material availability.
