Job summary

Puig is seeking a Supply Planning Coordinator in New York to support the supply planning process across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring strong service levels and healthy inventory for prestige and niche brands.

You will partner with Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Finance and Global Operations to monitor inventory and drive data-informed decisions. This is ideal for an analytically minded professional eager to learn and grow in S&OP and broader Supply Chain

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Supply Planning or related field.
Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
Experience with SAP, SAP IBP, Power BI or similar ERP/planning tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels, inbound supply, and safety stock to maintain product availability.
Identify inventory risks and coordinate corrective actions with stakeholders.
Support lifecycle planning, including launches and product transitions.
Maintain visibility into inventory performance and communicate risks timely.
Develop, refresh, and distribute reports and dashboards on inventory and service levels.
