Job summary

Puig is seeking a Supply Planning Coordinator to support the execution of inventory and supply planning for the U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and Global Operations to monitor performance, mitigate risks, and enable strong service levels across a dynamic brand portfolio. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, reporting, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work environment in New York.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Analytical skills with data analysis & reporting.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems preferred.
• Strong communication & stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory health, supply, and safety stock across US/Canada.
• Identify inventory risks and coordinate corrective actions.
• Reconcile inventory and data across planning and ERP systems.
• Support lifecycle planning and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize planning.
