Qualifications

• 0-3 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, or a closely related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data structuring, analysis, and reporting), Power BI, and planning tools.
• College degree and/or equivalent business experience.
• Curiosity for data quality, process improvement, and documentation for planning standards

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Planning and Purchasing Support: Maintain inputs, forecast, and purchase recommendations; manage 12-18 month horizon.
• Inventory Allocation and Zone Execution: Validate allocations, monitor risks, and coordinate with regional teams.
• New Product and Lifecycle Support: Track launches, monitor readiness, and assess allocation and availability.
• Reporting, Data Quality and Continuous Improvement: Produce reports and ensure data integrity
