Job summary

International Cosmetics & Perfumes in New York is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain Planning to lead demand planning and S&OP activities, improve forecasting, purchasing, importation, and compliance while ensuring a cost-effective flow of products to meet business goals.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, and Marketing, manages a small team, and oversees budgeting, KPI development, and inventory policy across 3PL, production, and overseas manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in Demand Planning / inventory management / supply chain.
• Experience in luxury/beauty industries is a must.
• Experience with SAP is a must; knowledge of S4 HANA is a plus.
• Advanced MS Excel and data-driven communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise S&OP process and drive cross-functional accountability.
• Ensure demand forecasts align with strategy with Sales Admin, Finance, and Marketing.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports for import logistics, forecast accuracy, and inventory management.
• Manage a team including direct reports and an import logistics manager.
• Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
