Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Winter 2027 Co-op in Supply Planning & Analytics in Burlington, MA.

You will lead a high-impact initiative to transition packaging across the Coffee Beverage portfolio while gaining hands-on experience in planning, analytics, and cross-functional leadership with senior teams. The role offers a 40-hour work week, hybrid schedule (3 days in office), and exposure to inventory management, project governance, and leadership decision-making throughout the transition

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: Power BI or Tableau and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and dashboards to track inventory depletion, packaging conversion status & project milestones leveraging large datasets.
• Create visibility tools & project governance that support transition tracking enabling leadership decision-making and cross-functional alignment.
• Facilitate regular project meetings & follow up actions to ensure stakeholders remain aligned on timelines, risks, inventory impacts & transition readiness; escalating issues when required.
• Develop mitigation strategies to reduce excess inventory & financial exposure throughout the transition process.
