Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. invites applicants for a Winter 2027 Co-op in Packaging Engineering in Burlington, MA. You will learn about packaging platforms, manufacturing processes, and distribution while leading a department project and working with ISTA testing and lab activities.

The program runs January 4 to May 21, 2027, with a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, in a hybrid work setting. Compensation includes $31/hr and a $5,000 sign-on bonus funded within the first 30 days.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time program majoring in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong academic standing and motivation to learn in engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead a packaging project or improvement initiative with cross-functional impact.
• Develop and refine specifications for packaging levels (primary, secondary, tertiary).
• Create prototypes and renderings to support concept development.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality, and commercial teams on technical packaging solutions.
• Support ISTA testing, material testing, and lab activities at the on-site packaging lab.
