Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA seeks a Winter 2027 Creative Operations Co-op to support the Creative Team with project coordination, workflows, and administrative tasks. This role focuses on process improvement, not design production, and offers exposure to cross‑functional collaboration with merchandising, growth marketing, and email teams.

The program runs January 4 through May 21, 2027, is hybrid (in-office Tue–Thu), 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time program, targeting graduation Fall 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong interest in workflow/process improvement and creative operations.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designers to develop templates to streamline reviews.
• Review team workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in documenting processes across creative brief templates.
• Create training materials and onboarding docs, including videos.
• Help manage and optimize workflows in our project management tool.
