Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Winter 2027 Cost Engineering Co-op in Burlington, MA. You’ll learn the New Product Development process, analyze cost drivers, and build cost models as part of a global team. The role runs January 4–May 21, 2027, with a 40-hour work week, hybrid schedule (in-office Tue-Thu).

You’ll engage with leaders across Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, and Finance, delivering cost insights and presenting results to drive value for future beverages and devices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time program in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with Excel and presentation tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn about Rapid Learning Cycles, New Product Development (NPD), and Product Costing.
• Analyze cost drivers, identify cost reduction opportunities, and activate resources across the Keurig Brewer portfolio.
• Lead a cost modeling improvement project tailored to your experience and interests, then present results to leadership.
• Utilize costing tools including the Keurig Cost Workbook and aPriori.
• Get exposure to a global supply chain including electromechanical components, plastics, electronics, and multi-region contract manufacturing.
