Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA is seeking a Winter 2027 Co-op in Supply Planning & Analytics to help lead a packaging transition, develop dashboards, and support regulatory compliance while minimizing inventory risk.

This 5-month, full-time hybrid role (3 days in office) pays $31/hour with bi-weekly payroll and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. You will gain hands-on experience in analytics, inventory planning, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changes.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and dashboards to track inventory depletion and project milestones.
• Create visibility tools and governance for transition tracking and cross-functional alignment.
• Facilitate project meetings and follow-up actions to ensure timelines and risks are addressed.
• Develop mitigation strategies to reduce excess inventory and financial exposure during transition.
