Job summary

The Honest Company is seeking a Supply Planner to join our Operations team. You’ll work with Sales, Product Development, Demand Planning, and Sourcing to drive inventory strategy and execution. If you’re an Excel whiz with a passion for our mission, we’d love to talk.

You’ll own replenishment planning, provide inputs for products managed, and develop forecasts for contract manufacturers. Strong collaboration across functions will help launch new products and optimize inventory levels.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in fast-paced Supply Planning and Buying positions.
• Strong quantitative background for corporate planning, forecasting, and analytics.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills (vlookup, pivot, conditional formulas).
• Experience generating purchase orders and managing supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own inventory replenishment planning for multiple product categories.
• Provide supply planning inputs and recommendations for managed categories.
• Develop replenishment forecasts for contract manufacturers using demand forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product launches and packaging.
• Optimize inventory levels and tracking within the distribution center.
• Resolve supply issues to minimize disruptions to customer service.
