Job summary

The Honest Company is seeking a Sales Planning Analyst to develop, implement, and manage Honest's sales analytics. You will partner with retail and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions and optimize trade investments.

Minimum 1–3 years with a CPG retailer on a sales team, plus 3–5 years in analytics. You will lead Power BI reporting, demand planning insights, and provide training across the team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience working with a CPG retailer on a sales team
• 3-5 years of analytical + business experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Docs
• Experience with Metabase, Power BI, Upclear Blue Planner, Atlas, Syndigo, JD Edwards or equivalent systems
• Strong analytical skills and a creative approach to problem solving
• Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and insights to meet retail and internal sales needs.
• Lead Power BI reporting and data analysis for the sales team.
• Own and maintain reports and dashboards across platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, IT, and external tools to resolve issues.
• Onboard and train teams on new reports and updates.
