Job summary
The Honest Company is seeking a Sales Planning Analyst to build, implement, and manage Honest's sales analytics and reporting. You will work with a retail sales team and cross-functional partners to enable leaders to reach company goals, while supporting Sales Operations, Sales Planning, and Field Sales.
You will be a key player in driving data-driven decisions, optimizing trade investments, and delivering insightful dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1–3 years with a CPG retailer on a sales team.
- 3–5 years of analytical and business experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and insights to meet retail team and internal sales needs.
- Assist with setup across tools and portals as needed.
- Lead and own reporting for demand planning and trade analytics.
- Develop data-driven insights to inform trade investment decisions.
- Lead the Power BI reporting space for advanced analytics.
- Train and support the sales team on tool updates and reports.
- Collaborate with sales, IT, and Upclear to resolve issues and optimize processes.
- Create, maintain, and publish critical sales reports and dashboards.
