Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Supply Management Specialist to drive continuous improvement projects in a manufacturing setting. You will optimize sourcing options, align with stakeholders, and lead supplier risk mitigation and resourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities include executing sourcing solutions for quality, cost, and delivery, building internal and external relationships, and developing expertise across multiple commodities.

Qualifications

• Ability to investigate, own, and resolve complex and ambiguous problem statements, driving them to resolution.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
