The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager in Columbus, OH to lead international sourcing, inventory management and day-to-day supply chain operations using ERP/MRP systems.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of purchasing or procurement experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of purchasing, procurement, or supply chain experience.
• International purchasing experience required.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and material planning.
• Oversee purchasing activities with domestic and international suppliers.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to forecast demand and maintain inventory.
• Adjust order schedules to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
• Expedite critical orders and resolve supply chain issues.
• Oversee warehouse inventory transactions and receipt processes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate warehouse transfers and production reporting.
• Lead annual physical inventory activities.
