Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing company located in the Schuyler, NE area. The role focuses on directing end-to-end plant supply chain functions, leading S&OP, and optimizing inventory and on-time production.

You will oversee a team and collaborate with cross-functional groups to drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, cost containment, and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or related functions.
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, production planning, inventory control, and transportation operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct all plant supply chain activities including planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Lead the site S&OP process, balancing demand forecasts with production capacity.
• Manage master scheduling and MRP processes to ensure material availability and on-time production.
• Drive inventory optimization, working capital improvements, and storage efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee sterilization operations, shipping schedules, and service level performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to improve supply chain performance.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects across the facility.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain personnel while fostering a strong safety culture.
