Job summary

The Judge Group seeks a Senior Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing company in Schuyler, Nebraska. You will oversee planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics and distribution to drive performance.

Candidates bring 7+ years in supply chain in manufacturing, a bachelor's degree in related field (MBA preferred), and proven leadership and Lean/Six Sigma expertise to lead teams and improve productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or related functions.
• Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, MRP, production planning, inventory control, procurement, warehousing, and transportation operations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Experience utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct all plant supply chain activities including planning, purchasing, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Lead the site S&OP process, balancing demand forecasts with production capacity.
• Manage master scheduling and MRP processes to ensure material availability and on-time production.
• Drive inventory optimization, working capital improvements, and storage efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee sterilization operations, shipping schedules, and service level performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Quality, and Procurement teams to improve supply chain performance.
• Champion Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement projects across the facility.
• Lead, coach, and develop supply chain personnel while fostering a strong safety culture.
