Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Buyer III to manage the full procurement lifecycle for indirect materials and IT hardware in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This onsite contract role covers COTS products, engineering and IT hardware, and requires strong sourcing and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience for indirect spend.
• Experience managing indirect procurement categories.
• Hands-on experience purchasing COTS products and IT/technology hardware.
• Strong supplier management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for indirect spend categories.
• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery, and service performance.
• Issue RFQs and RFPs and perform competitive bid evaluations.
• Support category management and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services to meet business requirements.
