Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeking a seasoned Team Lead to scale procurement operations and optimize processes. The role blends leadership (80%) with hands-on procurement support (20%) for projects across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

You will guide a four-person team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in supplier relationships and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 3+ years in a procurement/supply engineering role on US market.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience.
• Experience with suppliers across international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, Asia).
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools.
• Experience with task management systems such as ClickUp or similar.
• Fluent English is a must; Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of four Supply Engineers.
• Oversee procurement operations, forecasting, and supplier relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional work with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Warehouse, and Installation teams.
• Review engineering documentation and ensure material lists meet specs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or logistics issues.
