Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC is expanding its Supply Engineering team in the United States. The Supply Engineering Team Lead will manage four Supply Engineers, drive procurement operations, and optimize supplier relationships across US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

The role emphasizes leadership (80%) with hands-on procurement support (20%), ensuring materials availability, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver complex glass projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply engineering on the US market.
• Experience managing a team of engineers.
• Experience working with suppliers across international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, Asia).
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools.
• Experience with ClickUp or similar task-management tools.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Fluent Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations and supplier management across a diverse supplier base.
• Coordinate production by aligning glass orders and ensuring materials availability.
• Plan inventory levels and forecast procurement needs.
• Review drawings to prepare accurate material lists and ensure compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality, logistics, and delivery issues.
• Mentor and develop four Supply Engineers and assign tasks.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, and Warehouse teams.
• Drive procurement process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Report progress and risks to the Chief Technical Officer.
