Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC in the United States is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeking a Team Lead to scale procurement operations and lead a four-person group. The role blends strategic supplier management with hands-on procurement to support peak workloads and complex projects.

The incumbent will collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, Engineers, Estimators, Warehouse, and Installation teams to optimize procurement workflows and ensure timely material availability across the US,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or in a similar engineering procurement role on the US market.
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering or production materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Fluent English is a must; Russian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch production by coordinating glass orders and ensuring the availability of required hardware and materials.
• Plan inventory levels and forecast procurement needs.
• Review technical drawings and specifications to prepare material lists.
• Verify dimensions, finishes, and quality requirements before placing orders.
• Track engineering documentation and procurement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure procurement documentation and component orders are completed before production and container arrivals.
• Source, evaluate, and develop relationships with suppliers across multiple regions.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Manage purchasing activities for production, warehouse, and installation operations.
