Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeks a Team Lead to scale procurement operations across the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. You will mentor four Supply Engineers, balance hands‑on sourcing with leadership, and optimize procurement workflows to support complex glass projects.

The role requires strong engineering procurement experience, CAD literacy, and fluent English; Russian is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or in a similar engineering procurement role on the US market.
• Previous people management or team leadership experience
• Experience working with suppliers across international markets, including the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
• Experience with procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering or production materials
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools
• Experience working with task management systems such as ClickUp or similar
• Fluent English is a must
• Fluent Russian will be a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of four Supply Engineers and drive procurement excellence.
• Coordinate procurement operations across production, warehouse, and installation activities.
• Plan inventory levels and forecast procurement needs.
• Review drawings and prepare material lists with accurate specifications.
• Verify dimensions, finishes, and quality before orders.
• Track documentation and changes through project lifecycles.
• Source and manage supplier relationships across regions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Improve procurement workflows and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Managers, and Engineers on sourcing.
