Job summary

Crystalia Glass LLC, a U.S.-based glass solutions provider, is expanding its Supply Engineering team and seeking a Team Lead to scale operations. You will lead a four-person team, balance planning with hands-on procurement, and strengthen supplier networks across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

The role emphasizes team leadership (80%) with hands-on procurement support during peak workloads. Strong communication, planning, and process improvement are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Procurement Engineer, Supply Engineer, or similar role on the US market.
• Proven track record in procurement, sourcing, and import/export of engineering materials.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings.
• Experience with supplier management across international markets.
• Fluent English; Russian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch production by coordinating glass orders and ensuring material availability.
• Plan inventory levels and forecast procurement needs.
• Review drawings and specs to prepare material lists.
• Verify dimensions, finishes, and quality before orders.
• Track procurement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet deadlines.
