Job summary

Los Robles Regional Medical Center, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Supply Chain Technician (PRN) to join our materials management team in Thousand Oaks, CA. You will handle receiving, keying, and distributing supplies, and maintain safety stock levels across storerooms.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, at least 1 year stock experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and solid math and transcription accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive, key, and distribute supplies within the facility.
• Maintain Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock and other stocking locations.
• Ensure POU items have proper barcodes.
• Perform QA checks on totes per policy.
• Handle emergency supply situations.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Supply Chain Technician, you will be responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations. • You will be responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule

• You will maintain all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations

• You will ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes

• You will perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy

• You will also handle all emergency supply situations

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED

• 1 year of work experience required, previous stock experience preferred

• You must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required

• You must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately
