Job summary

Los Robles Regional Medical Center in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Supply Chain Technician (PRN) to manage receiving, labeling, and distribution of hospital supplies across storerooms and units.

You will maintain min/max stock levels, ensure barcodes are present on POU items, perform QA checks, and respond to emergency supply situations to support clinical operations.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate / GED required.
• 1 year of work experience required; stock experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic math.
• Ability to balance and reconcile figures and transcribe accurately.

Responsibilities

Job Summary And Qualifications

As a Supply Chain Technician, you will be responsible for receiving, keying, and promptly distributing all supplies within the facility, as well as reviewing and maintaining all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations.

• You will be responsible for conducting physical inventories of all POU areas according to the defined schedule
• You will maintain all Min/Max levels for storeroom safety stock as well as all other stocking locations
• You will ensure POU items have the appropriate barcodes
• You will perform QA random checks on totes per approved policy
• You will also handle all emergency supply situations

What qualifications you will need

• High School Graduate / GED
• 1 year of work experience required, previous stock experience preferred
• You must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required
• You must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations, balance and reconcile figures, punctuate properly, spell correctly and transcribe accurately
