Supply Chain Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Location: Springfield, TN

Main Tasks

1. Lead and organize dock efficiency while maintaining inbound load schedules.
2. Perform data entry in AS400, including updating shift reports from PI Labels.
3. Run and follow up on daily shift reports from AS400 at the end of each shift.
4. Verify blind receipts, and enter packing lists and scrap tickets.
5. Enter RGO's and approve them for shipment.
6. Ensure accuracy with part numbers, quantities, and model numbers.
7. Monitor production schedules and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
8. Handle all material handling demands for the area, including scrap, pallets, cabinets, trash, returnable containers, and material movement.

Qualifications

• Experience in forklift operation, computer systems, and distribution warehouse activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
