Job summary

Brown University Health Supply Chain Systems Analyst role: provide day-to-day support across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain functions, improving data integrity and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support Workday ERP initiatives, and assist with implementations, migrations and upgrades for Supply Chain processes.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and at least 1 year of related experience, with proficiency in Excel, SharePoint, and

Proficient in Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams.
Experience with Workday or similar ERP platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Applied attention to detail and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions that simplify business processes and align to the Workday ERP roadmap.
Provide Tier 1 production support and troubleshoot system issues.
Lead or support implementations, migrations and upgrades for Supply Chain processes.
Translate functional requirements into effective system designs and configurations.
Participate in cross-functional workgroups across Workday domains.
Create and maintain system documentation for Supply Chain.
Gather reporting requirements and support analytics strategy.
