Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Information Management or related field; or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant experience preferred with a HS diploma.
• 4+ years in IT/ERP/Healthcare information management.
• ERP or corporate applications configuration and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; effective communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Configure ERP or corporate applications to support technical solutions and integrations.
• Develop and execute test plans for upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
• Analyze data and create reports to support decisions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with functional teams and provide technical guidance.
• Support Workday SCM: procurement, inventory, suppliers, requisitions, receipts, cataloging, sourcing.
