Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and support solutions that simplify business processes and align to Workday roadmap.
• Provide Tier 1 production support and communicate system issues to stakeholders.
• Lead or support implementations, migrations and upgrades for Supply Chain processes and related technologies.
• Translate functional requirements into effective system designs and configurations.
• Create and maintain system documentation for Supply Chain processes.
• Gathers reporting requirements and supports analytics strategy for informed decision-making.
