Job summary

Brown University Health is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to provide day-to-day support across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain functions, enabling cross-functional optimization and BAU improvements. The role focuses on translating business needs into Workday-based technical solutions, configuring processes, creating reports, and supporting integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience with Workday or similar ERP platform required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint and MS Teams
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes preferred
• Experience with root cause analysis and process improvement methodologies preferred
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and troubleshoot issues

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and support solutions that simplify business processes and align to the Workday ERP roadmap; may support senior analyst when presenting recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Lead or support implementations, migrations and upgrades specific to Supply Chain processes and technologies; works closely with SMEs, team members and stakeholders to execute proposal and project plans.
• Translate Supply Chain functional and technical requirements into effective system designs and configurations; configure and test Supply Chain business processes, condition and/or eligibility rules.
• Create and maintain detailed system documentation for Supply Chain processes.
• Gathers reporting requirements from non-technical users; advises customers in reporting best practices and develops new reports or enhances existing ones.
