Job summary

ECOM is seeking an experienced supply chain expert and project manager to oversee the Symmetric integration. The candidate will manage supply chain and clinical systems initiatives, collaborating with clinical teams to optimize physician preference cards and standardization efforts.

Responsibilities include item master management, data analysis, and leading cross-functional implementation projects with IT and Finance teams. Prior experience with PeopleSoft SCM and GHX is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with physician preference cards and clinical product utilization knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain processes.
• Familiar with GHX, GPO/Premier contracting and clinical supply attributes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Symmetric integration and lead supply chain/project management efforts.
• Partner with clinical departments to optimize physician preference cards and standardization.
• Evaluate product utilization, standardization, substitutions, and clinical supply requirements.
• Manage Item Master data: loading, setup, units of measure, categories, cross-references, and par/replenishment data.
• Lead or participate in supply chain and clinical systems implementation projects.
• Collaborate with IT and Clinical teams to resolve system and process issues.
• Engage with GHX and contracting workflows within healthcare supply chain.
• Hands-on with PeopleSoft Supply Chain processes.

Seeking an experienced supply chain expert/project manager to oversee the Symmetric integration. We are looking for a candidate that is experienced with supply chain management and project management. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Partner with clinical departments to support physician preference card optimization and standardization efforts.
• Evaluate products utilization/ standardization, item substitutions, and clinical supply requirements
• Item Master management — Item Loader, item setup, units of measure, item categories, manufacturer/vendor item cross-references, par/replenishment data.
• Project Management experience -Lead or participate in supply chain and clinical systems implementation projects.
• Knowledge about PeopleSoft Item master with medical /surgical Product knowledge
• Familiar with physician preference cards and clinical product utilization knowledge
• Experience in working with IT and Clinical teams
• Healthcare supply chain experience strongly preferred — familiarity with GHX, GPO/Premier contracting, and item attributes.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Supply Chain processes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, Clinical Operations, and IT teams to identify and resolve system and process issues.
• 5+ years of healthcare supply chain, Product standardization, healthcare information systems, or related business analyst experience.
