Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with purchasing, procurement, supplier management, or RFQ administration.
• Experience working with ERP or purchasing software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders (POs) for goods and services across Skyway facilities.
• Analyze supplier quotes and compile pricing data into RFQ cost comparison spreadsheets.
• MRO supplies and related procurement tasks.
• Manage part and vendor master data within company databases.
• Coordinate supplier pickups, deliveries, and on-site services with manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Support compliance with Skyway Precision's Quality Policies and Procedures.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Job Description Skyway Precision is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Buyer to support procurement operations across all Skyway facilities. This role is responsible for purchasing goods and services, managing the Request for Quote (RFQ) process for both new and existing business, maintaining supplier and purchasing records, and collaborating with Manufacturing, Production Control, Accounting, and suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Create, issue, and maintain purchase orders (POs) for goods and services used across all Skyway facilities.
• Analyze supplier quotes and compile pricing data into RFQ cost comparison spreadsheets.
• MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) supplies
• Manage part and vendor master data within company databases.
• Coordinate supplier pickups, deliveries, and on-site services with manufacturing operations.
